This Isn't Gaming. It's a Data & Physics Lab On Wheels.
FLATOUT's STEM Racing Program uses professional sim racing hardware and real-time telemetry to teach data analysis, engineering, and cognitive performance — a credible, hands-on complement to the science and technology classroom.
Educational. Professional. Not Arcade.
We built FLATOUT around the same simulation technology used to train real racing drivers and engineers — not the coin-operated arcade cabinets students already associate with “racing games.” Every rig outputs real, readable telemetry data, and every session is structured around a learning objective, not free play.
For your school, that means a STEM elective, CTE credit option, or extracurricular program that stands next to robotics club and coding club — not a field trip to a game room. Faculty stay in the room, curriculum ties back to your existing science and math standards, and every student leaves with data they generated themselves.
Three Ways We Tie Racing Back To The Classroom
Each session is framed around a specific academic or developmental angle, so it's easy to map onto an existing subject or program.
Telemetry & Data Analysis
Students read live telemetry graphs straight off the rig — braking pressure, throttle input, tire slip — and use that data to make measurable improvements to lap times. It's applied statistics and data literacy, with an immediate, visible result.
Vehicle Dynamics & Physics
Weight transfer under braking, tire temperature and friction, aerodynamic drag — the physics students see in textbooks becomes something they can feel and test, safely, inside a simulator instead of a real car.
Sports Psychology & Cognitive Training
Focus under pressure, reaction time, spatial awareness, stress management — sim racing is a recognized competitive discipline that gives students who don't play traditional sports a genuine athletic outlet.
Three Ways To Bring FLATOUT To Your School
Start small with a single visit, build a season around a league, or install a permanent lab. Every tier is a custom quote — these are starting points for a conversation.
Field Trips
A low-friction way to try the program. Your class visits our venue for a hands-on STEM & Physics Lab session — no equipment, no setup, no commitment beyond the visit.
- ~3-hour guided "STEM & Physics Lab" visit
- Hands-on rig time with live telemetry walkthroughs
- Physics & data-analysis mini-curriculum included
- Ideal for a single class, grade level, or club
After-School Leagues
A recurring, competitive inter-school esports league — hosted at our venue or brought to your campus with our mobile trailer rig. Built like a real sports season, with standings, race weekends, and a finale.
- 8–12 week competitive season structure
- Hosted at FLATOUT or via mobile trailer on campus
- Inter-school standings and a season finale event
- Coaching support for a faculty advisor or coach
In-School Consulting & Rig Assembly
FLATOUT sources, builds, and installs a permanent simulator lab inside your school, with a recurring maintenance and software plan so it stays reliable year over year.
- Rig sourcing, build, and on-site installation
- Curriculum and staff training included
- Recurring maintenance & software support plan
- Scales from a single rig to a full classroom lab
Built For The People Who Say Yes
We work directly with the decision-makers who bring new programs into a school — and we keep the process short.
- Science & Physics Department Heads
- IT / Esports Coordinators
- Extracurricular & Athletics Directors
- Principals & School Administrators
Why STEM Racing, In Short
Low Lift To Start
A single ~3-hour field trip is enough to pilot the program with zero equipment on your end.
Standards-Aligned
Sessions map to existing physics, data science, and engineering learning objectives.
We Handle The Hardware
From a single visit to a full in-school lab, FLATOUT sources, builds, and maintains the rigs.
Inclusive By Design
Competitive esports gives students who don't play traditional sports a real athletic outlet.
