How We Got Here
FLATOUT started with a simple observation: Lebanon had motorsport fans, aspiring engineers, and curious students, but nowhere that treated sim racing as more than a pastime. Professional-grade racing simulators — the kind used to train real drivers and analyze real telemetry — were nowhere to be found outside of racing teams themselves.
We built FLATOUT to close that gap. On one side, a venue for drivers who want to push their limits with real data behind every lap. On the other, a STEM Racing Program that gives schools a hands-on way to teach physics, data analysis, and cognitive performance — using the exact same hardware.
Since opening in 2026, that dual mission has stayed the same: treat every session, whether it's a competitive league night or a school field trip, as a chance to build real skill through real data.
